    Job Title: Program Manager (Volunteer)

    Organization: Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow 501(c)(3) Nonprofit

    Time Commitment:

    • 6 - 12 Months (Volunteer Role)
    • Approximately 5–10 hours per week during active program periods

    About Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow

    Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow (EOT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of Black, Brown and Immigrant youth entrepreneurs through education, mentorship, and experiential learning. Through EOT Labs, our flagship Youthpreneur Incubator, we help aspiring young entrepreneurs transform ideas into viable ventures while building leadership, business, and problem-solving skills.

    Position Overview

    The EOT Labs Program Manager (Volunteer) leads the day-to-day execution of the Youthpreneur Incubator experience, supporting participants from onboarding through program completion. This role is responsible for coordinating workshops, mentor engagement, participant communications, accountability systems, and operational delivery to ensure a high-quality and impactful program experience.

    Working closely with the Curriculum Team, Marketing, PMO, Regional Operations, and Mentor teams, the Program Manager serves as a central coordinator who helps keep participants engaged, milestones on track, and program activities running smoothly.

    This is a volunteer, learning-focused opportunity designed for individuals interested in program management, nonprofit leadership, youth development, entrepreneurship, and operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the EOT Labs Youthpreneur Incubator.
    • Coordinate workshops, mentor sessions, founder check-ins, and program activities.
    • Track participant progress throughout the Plan, Build, and Grow framework.
    • Support participant preparation for Demo Day and Pitch For Ya Life.
    • Manage participant communications, engagement, and accountability systems.
    • Coordinate program schedules, deliverables, and operational timelines.
    • Support implementation and continuous improvement of program curriculum.
    • Partner with Marketing to support participant recruitment and founder storytelling initiatives.
    • Collaborate with mentors, coaches, and cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
    • Monitor program participation and identify opportunities to improve the participant experience.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Interest or experience in program management, project management, entrepreneurship, education, nonprofit operations, or youth development.
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Ability to build positive relationships with participants, mentors, and team members.
    • Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Passion for supporting young entrepreneurs and creating meaningful learning experiences.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience coordinating programs, events, projects, or educational initiatives.
    • Experience working with youth, students, entrepreneurs, volunteers, or community-based programs.
    • Familiarity with project management, stakeholder coordination, or participant engagement practices.
    • Experience with Airtable, Google Workspace, Basecamp, or similar collaboration tools is a plus.
