Do you enjoy public speaking and want to make a meaningful impact in your community?
The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking passionate volunteers to serve as Community Educators. Community Educators deliver educational presentations on Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and brain health to local groups, organizations, and community partners.
This role plays a vital part in raising awareness, promoting early detection, reducing stigma, and connecting families to critical resources.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1-hour educational programs (in-person or virtual)
- Represent the Alzheimer’s Association in the community
- Engage audiences with accurate, compassionate information
- Help expand access to brain health education

Ideal Candidates:
- Comfortable speaking to small and mid-sized groups
- Passionate about brain health and community education
- Background in healthcare, education, social work, ministry, or community service (preferred but not required)
- Reliable and mission-driven
Time Commitment:
Flexible. Most volunteers deliver 1–2 presentations per month (not required)
