The Autism Speaks Empower Walk + 5K Run is an uplifting celebration of community and progress, combining the spirit of the traditional Walk with the energy of a 5K run!

The 2026 Autism Speaks New York City Empower Walk & 5K will be held on October 4,2026 at Pier 16. We need lots of volunteers to make the event successful and fun for all!

Volunteers under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult**

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: The Empower Walk & 5K is a RAIN or SHINE event, so please plan and dress for the weather.
