Operations Lead/Partner for Lady Liberty Sings (Volunteer Opportunity)

As Lady Liberty sings expands active artist and media outreach, we are seeking a highly organized, systems-minded Operations Lead to join our core leadership team as a third partner. This project is currently open ended, depending on how much momentum we generate, but will likely build to a video installation/combination live concert by year end.

Role Summary & Skills

We are looking for an Integrator—someone who thrives on structure, workflows, and execution. While our creative and strategic leads focus on high-profile media, artist partnerships, and narrative outreach, you will serve as the operational engine of the initiative.

You will own our project management systems, oversee weekly campaign workflows, and manage our volunteers (social media, admin, and outreach coordinators) to ensure deadlines are met and initiatives stay on track.

• Proven Operational Experience: Background in project management, campaign coordination, event production, or nonprofit administration.
• Systems & Tools Proficiency: Expert-level comfort with project management platform Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs) or similar.
• Strong Execution & Follow-Through: Detail-oriented with a proactive drive to turn ideas into structured action plans and close open tasks.
• Team Management: Comfortable setting expectations, delegating responsibilities, and supporting remote volunteers.
• Alignment with Mission: Commitment to social justice, immigrant rights, and the power of creative expression.
