About the Role

EduWell Empowerment Foundation is seeking a Volunteer Google Ads Grant Specialist to help us activate, manage, and optimize our Google Ad Grants account. This role will directly support our fundraising campaigns, volunteer recruitment, and program visibility; including our School Continuity Outreach and other flagship initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to use their digital marketing skills for social impact and help a growing NGO reach the right audiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize EduWell’s Google Ads Grant account
• Create and monitor search ad campaigns aligned with our programs and donation goals
• Conduct keyword research and write effective ad copy
• Ensure compliance with Google Ad Grants policies
• Track performance metrics (CTR, conversions, impressions)
• Recommend improvements to increase reach and impact
• Collaborate with the communications and fundraising teams

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience with Google Ads (Ads Grant experience is a strong advantage)
• Understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, and conversion tracking
• Interest in nonprofit work, education, or community development
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
• Reliable internet access and availability for remote collaboration

Formal certification is a plus, but practical experience and willingness to learn are equally valued.
