Collaborate with Community Health Workers, Peer Support Specialists, case managers, and community partners.

Participate in multidisciplinary service planning and case consultation.

Support community outreach and engagement activities when appropriate.

Maintain appropriate professional, ethical, confidentiality, and documentation standards.

    Why Volunteer With P.E.P. INC.?

This is an opportunity to use your professional experience directly in the community and help individuals overcome barriers to health, housing, stability, and self-sufficiency.
