What You’ll Do:

• Share a brief talk (15–20 mins) about what it takes to plan and manage large events
• Walk youth through a real event timeline or checklist
• Answer questions about budgets, timelines, and vendors
• Encourage youth to consider behind-the-scenes leadership roles

Who You Are:

• An experienced event producer or coordinator
• Organized, resourceful, and passionate about impact
• Comfortable leading a short session and sharing practical tips

Why It Matters:

Many youth see the stage, but not the powerful people who make it happen. You’ll show them what it takes to lead from behind the scenes.
