Concession Opportunity, Need to help in White Caps game in Grand Rapids, MI

Volunteers will assist with operating concession stands during West Michigan Whitecaps home games. This opportunity helps B² (B-Squared) Foundation raise funds to support youth sports and enrichment programs.
Responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and serving food items (hot dogs, popcorn, nachos, beverages, etc.)
• Operating a cash register or handling digital payments
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• Restocking food and beverage items
• Providing friendly customer service
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Assisting with setup and cleanup before and after the game
All volunteers must follow stadium policies and food service safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for long periods (4–6+ hours)
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willing to complete any required concession or stadium training
• Food service experience is helpful but not required
- Game-day shifts (typically 4–6 hours)
• Dates: July 5 & August 8
• Location: LMCU Ballpark – Grand Rapids, MI

To sign up for the Whitecaps Concession fundraiser, please:

• Include the game date(s) you are available (July 5 and/or August 8)
• Confirm that you are 18 years or older
Selected volunteers will receive:
- Shift details and arrival time
• Dress code requirements
• Any required concession or stadium training information
Please note:
• Volunteers must commit to the full shift time
• Comfortable closed-toe shoes are required
• Standing for extended periods is expected
Spots are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
