Product Management Functional Lead

The product management functional lead establishes program policy, processes, procudures, mentors inexperienced product managers, monitors product management performance, screens/accepts applicants, assigns to products and identifies/addresses program issues. The incumbent should have solid experience managing products and have a sound understanding of how product management programs should be run. This person knows how to recognize effective and ineffective performance. This person must be able to volunteer at least five hours a week. The role will be augmented by program admins who can perform at this person's direction.
