Why walk in circles trying to get your steps in, when you can walk with others and make people's day?!?! Folks who like to walk make great clinic volunteers.
Our patients tell us they want to feel at ease, valued, understood, and known.
Clinic volunteers make that happen as they assist patients to their clinic appointments, assist clinical departments and help patients find their way.
To be a great Clinic Volunteer you must:
- love to move- this is not a desk job
- enjoy talking about the weather and local sports teams (yes, even when they lose!)
- enjoy giving encouragement to folks who might be having a hard day
- love seeing genuine smiles from people.
If you can commit to one morning OR afternoon a week and would like to get some steps in while making a difference in our patients' clinic experience, we'd LOVE to talk with you!!! We have opportunities M-F from 8am-4pm.
