Role Purpose
Help VOICE Trust communicate its work through engaging illustrations, visual stories, campaign graphics and educational materials that make social and environmental issues easier to understand and share.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create original illustrations for VOICE Trust projects and campaigns.
- Develop visual concepts for education, environment, climate action, women’s empowerment, disability inclusion and rural development.
- Design illustrations for social media posts and digital campaigns.
- Create visual stories that communicate the experiences and achievements of communities and beneficiaries.
- Develop simple illustrations for educational materials and awareness campaigns.
- Create infographics and visual explainers for programmes and impact data.
- Support the design of fundraising campaigns and donor communications.
- Develop illustrations for volunteer recruitment and corporate engagement campaigns.
- Create visual content for websites, newsletters, presentations and reports.
- Adapt illustrations into different formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, websites and digital platforms.
- Work with the communications and programme teams to translate ideas into clear visual concepts.
- Maintain consistency with VOICE Trust's visual identity and communication style.
- Organize and provide editable design files where appropriate.

Volunteer Commitment
Assignments can be flexible and may range from one creative project to ongoing support, depending on the volunteer's availability and VOICE Trust's requirements.
