Do you have a passion for supporting people in Africa? Do you have a passion for education, entrepreneurship, or sustainable farming? If so, Rooted Wisdom Africa needs you!
Rooted Wisdom Africa is a US/Uganda-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering Ugandans to achieve financial self-sufficiency. As we plan for our future, we’re seeking diverse, energetic, and committed board members to help drive our mission forward. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience traveling or working abroad, such as through the Peace Corps.
While anyone passionate about our work is welcome to apply, if you have experience in one of the following areas:
- CRMs
- Fundraising
- Marketing
- Project Management
- Volunteer Coordination
- General Administration
- Passionate about the work and willing to learn
We believe that a diversity of Work, Wisdom, and Wealth is key to our success, and we ask that each board member bring at least one of these strengths to the table.
