We support initiatives in climate solutions, regenerative design, resilience, and sustainability, and are growing our team to strengthen program management and operational impact.

Role Summary

We are seeking Program Managers to lead and oversee one of our key programs: AI Climate Solutions, Regenerative Design and Engineering, Resilient Nursery, CBECN, or Sustainability Showcases. Each Program Manager will take ownership of their program, coordinating closely with the Director of Development and the broader development team to execute initiatives and ensure impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the assigned program from planning through execution
• Coordinate with Director of Development and cross-functional teams
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, and progress tracking
• Support grant and funding initiatives related to the program
• Collaborate with volunteers and staff to implement program activities
• Contribute to reporting and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in program management, project coordination, or related work
• Strong ownership mindset — able to take initiatives from idea to execution
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, mission-driven, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
