Meals on Wheels for Northern Illinois is urgently seeking compassionate volunteer delivery drivers to help deliver nutritious meals to homebound seniors in Bloom Township. Your time behind the wheel can make a powerful difference-ensuring neighbors receive not only a warm meal, but a friendly smile and a safety check.

Responsibilities include picking up pre-packaged meals between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., delivering along a pre-planned route and offering a brief, friendly greeting to each senior.

Drivers must be at 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, provide proof of auto insurance, and pass a background check. Dependability and punctuality are also required.
