For The One operates internationally to counter human exploitation through targeted intervention, strategic partnerships, and survivor aftercare. We work alongside vetted local partners and law enforcement to deliver real-time, in-country impact.

The Opportunity

We are building a high-caliber board of operators, investors, and connectors who understand how to move resources, open doors, and scale impact.

We are seeking a Board Member focused on fundraising and strategic relationships—someone who can help unlock capital, accelerate partnerships, and position For The One for sustained international growth.

What You’ll Do

• Activate your network to unlock high-value donors, sponsors, and strategic partners
• Help shape and advance capital strategy (major gifts, partnerships, scalable funding channels)
• Provide guidance on growth, positioning, and long-term sustainability
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on expansion and execution
• Represent For The One in high-trust, high-level conversations

Who You Are

• Proven experience in fundraising, investing, business development, or scaling organizations
• Deep, active network with access to capital and decision-makers
• Someone who moves resources—not just discusses them
• High ownership mindset with a bias toward execution
• Aligned with the mission of combating human exploitation globally
