Volunteer Opportunity: Join our Board of Directors

SoulPhamm is looking for passionate, community-minded volunteers to join its Board of Directors. We are a small, New Jersey–based nonprofit that supports youth through sports, arts, education and service programs.

Our organization is at an important turning point, and this Board will help reset and rebuild for the future. Board members will work together to:

• Get our policies, governance, and corporate affairs in good shape
• Help guide succession planning and leadership transitions
• Support grant writing and fundraising efforts
• Provide strategic direction to help the organization grow sustainably

What’s the commitment?

• Virtual meetings, held quarterly
• Occasional check-ins or project-based support between meetings, depending on interest and availability

Who should apply?

You don’t need prior board experience — just a genuine interest in helping kids and strengthening a community organization. Experience in nonprofits, fundraising, finance, law, sports, arts, technology, or youth development is a plus, but enthusiasm and reliability matter most.

This is a volunteer role and a great opportunity to make a real impact while helping shape the next chapter of a local nonprofit.
