Descrição
Position Description:
The Director of Grant Oversight will be the point person for managing Chicago Street Medicine’s federal and higher-level grants. Additionally, this person is responsible for identifying new grants to broaden our chapter’s reach. The purpose of this role will be to collaborate with the relevant CSM team members to ensure the organized management of federally funded grants.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Keeping track of budgeting and fund disbursal in collaboration with CSM Treasurer
- Compliance with reporting requirements
- Supervising data collection for reporting purposes
- Communicating to chapters which metrics are being tracked and how
- Working with QI to set up tracking for any metrics that are not already being evaluated
- Generating and transmitting reports in a timely fashion
- General communication with grant-giving organizations and collaborators
- Maintenance of ongoing grants and grantor relationships
- Christ Church Winnetka Benevolence Grant (annual)
- Community Memorial Fund (future application)
- IL SOS Grant (pending approval)
