The Newsletter Coordinator will design a branded newsletter template and produce up to three newsletters (August–April) that highlight program activities, participant achievements, volunteer spotlights, upcoming events, and opportunities to support Treasure Our Daughters Academy through volunteering, partnerships, and donations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a professional, branded newsletter template for Treasure Our Daughters Academy that can be used for future communications.
- Produce engaging newsletters using the established template.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors, photographer, and videographer to gather content, photos, and updates.
- Write compelling headlines and stories that highlight the organization's impact.
- Promote volunteer opportunities, events, program updates, and fundraising initiatives.
- Help increase website traffic and strengthen engagement with current and prospective volunteers, donors, and supporters.
