Descrição
Volunteers will have 6-7 rounds of short introductory conversations with adult job seekers. The job seekers are participants in our work readiness program and are experiencing some type of barrier to employment. Some are 1st generation college graduates, some are skilled immigrants navigating the US job market and some are working through a career transition. The goal is to provide our job seekers with crucial networking experience and work on their elevator pitches as well build their confidence.
