Companionship/Caregiver Respite volunteers are asked to commit to at least one hour per patient per week. Volunteers will be matched with patients based on their availability, their preferences, and the specific needs of the patient and caregivers.

Giving Back to your Community with Hospice

Many of our patients have spent their lives in this area. Hospice Volunteering allows you to give back to those who helped build our community.

Hospice Volunteering can involve conversation, reading, singing, playing music, baking, gardening, or holding a hand. Volunteering takes no advanced medical training and very little time. Hospice Volunteers have the flexibility to work around their personal schedules and preferences.
