BECA is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for passionate leaders to help guide our mission and expand our impact.

We are currently recruiting new members for our Board of Directors, including a Treasurer and 2–3 additional board members who are committed to educational opportunity and community development.

We're especially interested in individuals who:

• Have experience in finance, accounting, fundraising, nonprofit leadership, marketing, education, or business
• Enjoy building relationships and connecting organizations with supporters
• Are willing to help strengthen BECA's fundraising efforts and long-term sustainability
• Believe every child deserves access to a quality education

As a board member, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of BECA while supporting students, families, and educators through strategic leadership, advocacy, and resource development.
