Role Summary:

The Media Director will oversee all media initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality content across platforms. This role manages campaigns, collaborates with teams, and strengthens the organization’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead media strategy and campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast channels.
• Manage media team members and coordinate content production.
• Monitor and analyze media metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure aligned messaging.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in media management, communications, or marketing.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Familiarity with digital media tools and analytics.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in nonprofit communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
