Seattle Giving Garden Network is a wonderful team of volunteers that work together to support our communities in growing and giving. We’re looking for passionate new volunteers to join us and help sustain this work in the years ahead.

Summary:

The Internal Coordinator Lead supports the smooth operation of the Seattle Giving Garden Network (SGGN) by managing internal communication, organizing meetings, and ensuring volunteer teams stay aligned with organizational goals. This role works closely with the Steering Committee and volunteer leaders to keep projects on track throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communications with SGGN volunteers.
• Coordinate and schedule SGGN meetings.
• Serve as the primary communication link between the Steering Committee and SGGN volunteers.
• Create and share meeting agendas with volunteers; ensure action items are documented and followed up on.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
