About HHP

The Human Health Project (HHP) is a global nonprofit developing health literacy, prevention, and patient support programs — including diabetes prevention, children’s health, and patient navigation — supported by an AI-powered learning and care platform.

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition & Growth Lead to design and scale HHP’s global volunteer recruitment engine, with a focus on education and online learning specialists.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute a global recruitment strategy
• Develop pipelines (universities, platforms, partnerships)
• Create and optimize volunteer role postings
• Lead outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, communities, institutions)
• Track and improve conversion (views → applicants → hires)
• Coordinate with program leaders and team leads
• Potentially lead a small team of recruitment volunteers
