Volunteer Massage Therapist – Support Staff Wellness in Healthcare

NorthBay Health is seeking licensed Massage Therapists to join our volunteer program and support the well-being of our dedicated healthcare staff. This is a meaningful opportunity to give back by providing relaxation, stress relief, and moments of care to those who care for others every day.

Volunteers will provide chair or table massage sessions to staff in designated wellness spaces across our campuses.

Time Commitment:

Flexible – 1 to 2 shifts per month

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional chair or table massage sessions to healthcare staff
• Create a calm, welcoming environment for relaxation
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to all safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Current Massage Therapy license (required)
• Proof of liability insurance
• Ability to provide own massage chair or table
• Compassionate, professional demeanor
