About the Role
Nuvia is seeking a Personal Brand & Content Strategy Volunteer to support the Founder’s online presence.
The Founder regularly shares reflections and guidance on topics such as:
- identity
- faith
- relationships
- personal growth
- purpose
- lessons learned in leadership and entrepreneurship
These conversations aim to encourage young women, foster honest dialogue, and help build a supportive community.
This role helps transform those ideas into structured content that can be shared across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Content Planning
Help structure content ideas into a weekly content calendar.
Examples of content themes:
- reflections from life experiences
- advice to young women
- faith and identity
- lessons from building Nuvia
- leadership and purpose
Content Repurposing
Help transform content into multiple formats.
Example:
One video →
- Instagram reel
- Facebook post
- LinkedIn post
- short caption
- carousel
Caption & Copy Support
Assist with:
- caption writing
- post formatting
- hashtag suggestions
- call-to-action ideas
Content Organization
Maintain a content tracker including:
- content ideas
- posts scheduled
- platform used
- engagement notes
Platform Management Support
Help schedule content on:
- TikTok
- YouTube (short and long videos)
Profile We’re Looking For
Someone who:
- enjoys storytelling and meaningful conversations
- understands social media culture
- is organized and reliable
- enjoys helping ideas reach more people
Preferred Skills
Nice to have:
- social media management experience
- content strategy experience
- Canva familiarity
- basic video editing knowledge
What You’ll Gain

Languages: English & French
Commitment: Flexible remote collaboration (5–10 hours/week)

Compensation: Unpaid volunteer opportunity open worldwide. Volunteers contribute flexibly, on their own schedule, and no financial compensation is provided.
