    During food pantry or farm wagon distributions, volunteers must be 16 years of age or older.  For sorting day, volunteers of all ages are welcome but anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Closed toe shoes are required.

    Food Pantry Volunteers Needed

    We are in need of volunteers to help us distribute food to vulnerable families in our region. We have several programs with all ability levels available.

    • Food Pantry shopping days: Indoor event - client facing 1st Wednesday 9am-2pm and 3rd Tuesday 3pm-8pm. shopping with clients, pushing carts, check-in. Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older.
    • Farm Wagon distribution days: outdoor event - client facing 2nd and 4th Thursdays 8:30-10:30am. Drive through distribution of perishable food items.
    • Bagging and Sorting Days: indoor event - non client facing quarterly as needed. Volunteers may be any age but must have a parent or guardian if under 16 years of age.

    3 shifts available:

    • Farm wagon - 2nd and 4th Thursdays: 08:30 to 10:30 EST
    • First Wednesday of every month: 09:00 to 14:00 EST
    • Third Tuesday of every month: 15:00 to 20:00 EST
