Position Summary: Fundraising Team Lead
TPCA is seeking a passionate and strategic Fundraising Team Lead to drive ethical fundraising initiatives, cultivate donor relationships, and coordinate creative campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who values justice, community engagement, and responsible financial leadership.
Primary Duties:
- Represent TPCA’s mission in all fundraising activities
- Organize donor outreach, sponsorship development, and community-based fundraising events
- Establish and monitor fundraising benchmarks using data-driven approaches
- Collaborate on grant proposals, donor retention strategies, and innovative fundraising concepts
- Utilize digital tools to manage donor engagement timelines and pipelines
- Balance priorities across multiple fundraising projects
- Enhance workflows to boost team efficiency and collaboration
- Inspire and guide volunteers during fundraising efforts
- Communicate with empathy and clarity across donor and stakeholder interactions
- Promote transparency and gratitude in donor relations
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive volunteer environment
Who You Are:

- Has experience in donor engagement, sponsorship outreach, or grassroots fundraising
- Communicates with authenticity, professionalism, and warmth
- Enjoys mentoring and building systems that include and empower
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office and open to learning new platforms
- Believes in ethical fundraising and community-first stewardship
