Background : CDC is working to provide sustainable employment, livelihoods, and skill enhancement to rural tribal women and youth. We have partnered with Tribal Culture Ceramics (TCC), a local clay product manufacturing unit, to engage local youth and women in need in clay product manufacturing. This unit is run by two young people. Around 20 clay products, such as earthen KULHAD (tea/coffee pots), water bottles, and HANDIs, are manufactured here. This unit is providing employment to local tribal youth. Content writers and online marketing volunteers are needed to sell their products online. Increased online sales will provide more work and employment to the youth.
