Role Summary:

The Volunteer Outreach Lead directs volunteer recruitment and engagement strategies, strengthening community partnerships and increasing participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead outreach campaigns
• Build partnerships with local organizations and institutions
• Manage a team of outreach assistants or volunteers
• Track outreach metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in outreach or community engagement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of volunteer coordination best practices
• Must live in the Maryland, DC and VA area
