    • Maintain digital HR records and documentation securely in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows and HR efficiency.
    • Uphold a culturally safe environment reflecting manaakitanga (care and respect) and kotahitanga (unity).

    **Qualifications and Experience**

    • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Operations Management, or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in HR administration, operations coordination, or compliance-related roles.
    • Working knowledge of employment relations, payroll systems, and digital record-keeping.
    • Understanding of Tikanga Māori and Kaupapa Māori principles, with commitment to inclusive and respectful practice.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and HR information systems.
    • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in documentation.

    • Ethical approach to confidentiality, fairness, and compliance.
    • Adaptability to remote work environments and cross-departmental collaboration.
    • Commitment to professional development and continual learning.
    • Cultural Understanding
