Be a Part of the Journey: Volunteer at the Pathways Summit!
Are you passionate about empowering women entrepreneurs? Do you want to make a real difference in your community? Then we invite you to join us as a volunteer for the Pathways Summit!
The Pathways Summit is a dynamic event designed to equip under-resourced women entrepreneurs with the tools, resources, and connections they need to thrive. From inspiring speakers and interactive workshops to invaluable networking opportunities, the summit is a catalyst for growth and success.
We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help us make the Pathways Summit a truly transformative experience. Your support is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the event and creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our attendees.
Volunteer Opportunities
We have a variety of volunteer roles available, including:
- Registration & Check-In: Welcome attendees, distribute materials, and ensure a smooth registration process.
- Event Logistics: Assist with setup, room management, and ensuring the venue runs smoothly.
- Workshop Support: Help facilitators with materials, technology, and attendee assistance.
- Networking Event Support: Assist with event setup, food service, and ensuring a fun and engaging atmosphere.
- Social Media & Photography: Capture the energy of the summit through photos and social media updates.
- Productions: Assist with audio/visual setup and operation, stage management, and other production needs.
- Guest Support: Provide assistance to speakers, VIPs, and other special guests, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Speakers Support: Coordinate with speakers, manage their schedules, and ensure their needs are met.
- Hospitality Support: Provide information to attendees, answer questions, and create a welcoming and helpful environment.
7 shifts available:
- Thursday June 04, 2026 - 11:00 to 03:00 PM CST
- Thursday June 04, 2026- 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM CST
- Friday June 05, 2025 - 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM CST
- Friday June 05, 2025 - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
- Friday June 05, 2025 - 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM CST
- Saturday June 07, 2025 - 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST
- Saturday June 07, 2025 - 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
- Saturday June 07, 2025 - 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM CST

Location Details:
The Pathways Summit will be held in Building N. Here are the directions for reaching the building and Parking Lot W1, depending on which entrance you reach first. For turn-by-turn directions, click the links below.
Directions via the North Entrance to Building N and Parking (Coming From Wintergreen Rd)
If you are traveling from W. Wintergreen Road and turn onto N. Dallas Avenue, you will reach the northernmost entrance first.
Directions via the South Entrance (Coming from Interstate 20)
If you are traveling from Interstate 20 and turn onto N. Dallas Avenue, you will reach the southernmost entrance first.

Signed Forms
All event team volunteers must sign the Release of Liability Waiver to participate in any Our Shared Journeys experience.
Pathways Summit Volunteer Dress Code
Thank you for volunteering at the Pathways Summit! We're so excited to have you on our team. To ensure a comfortable and professional experience for everyone, please adhere to the following dress code:
Our Shared Journeys T-Shirt:
A complimentary OSJ t-shirt will be provided to all volunteers and is required to be worn throughout the weekend.
Day 1: Friday, June 5th (Business Casual)
- OSJ T-Shirt: Wear your provided OSJ t-shirt.
- Bottoms: Dark business jeans (no rips or tears).
- Shoes: Comfortable and professional shoes (e.g., flats, loafers, or closed-toe shoes). Avoid athletic shoes or flip-flops.
Day 2: Saturday, June 6th (Comfortable & Active)
- OSJ T-Shirt: Wear your provided OSJ t-shirt.
- Bottoms: Yoga pants, athletic leggings or pants, or other comfortable apparel.
- Shoes: Comfortable athletic shoes are acceptable.
