The average time commitment for a sporting event shoot is 4 hours. Volunteers are asked to come early to be available for sound check and any instructions from the production truck.

Waycross Community Media is searching for announcers to give our high school football, basketball, bowling, volleyball, baseball, and softball productions a boost. We provide the venue, you provide the play-by-play and/or color. Your work will be seen on Spectrum, Cincinnati Bell Fioptics and online.
This is an ongoing need. To see a calendar of what events are coming up, go to www.waycross.tv/volunteers.
Volunteers who are under 18 must either have parental consent, or be volunteering at an event sponsored by their own school.
