Heart to Heart Hospice is seeking friendly, compassionate volunteers to make weekly phone calls to our home patients and their families. These quick check-ins help ensure our patients are doing well and that any needs are met — while offering a voice of comfort and care.

You’ll be the friendly connection that reminds families they’re not alone on their hospice journey.

What You’ll Do:

• • Make weekly check-in calls to home patients or caregivers
  • Offer warmth, encouragement, and conversation
  • Ask if there are any needs to share with the hospice team
  • Document your calls and share updates with the Volunteer Coordinator

What You’ll Need:

• • A caring heart and good listening skills
  • A few hours each week
  • Access to a phone and quiet space
  • Willingness to complete hospice volunteer training
