Social Media & Graphics Volunteer

The Flourish Collective is a Giving Collective of Aspiring Allies committed to Learn, Give and Live Out Justice. We are building a racial reconciliation community passionate about undoing racism through education, giving to organizations doing the work of equity and justice (our Grant Partners) , and learning how to live justly in our day to day lives. Our team is made up of mostly volunteers who create and execute our learning experiences, gatherings and connections to our Grant Partners. Learn more about our mission at theflourishcollective.org

Number of Hours: 5-8 hours a week

Working Conditions: Remote, Flexible

Requirements: Meet with Exec Team member 1x a week

Responsibilities

● Create and schedule social media posts based on Content Calendar. ● Be adept (or learn) Canva. Have a good eye for design.

● Cultivate engagement with our followers and social media users

● Familiarity with social media best practices.

● Maintain a posting schedule of 3 -4 days per week.

● Designs graphics for events, learning classes and retreats.

● Collaborate with our Executive Directors to develop successful on brand social media content and communication to the public.

Requirements and Qualifications

● Experience & Understanding with content creation\

• Understanding of Canva

● Familiarity with social media best practices

● Writing and organizational skills

● Creativity and technical aptitude

● Self-motivated

● Justice and Equity minded

● Prefer knowledge of at least three of these social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
