Shape the Narrative: Social Media Content Creator (Pro Bono)

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital advocacy? The Veteran Project Manager Mentor Alliance (VPMMA) is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to amplify our mission through compelling, high-impact digital narratives. In this role, you will be the creative voice of the organization, turning our mission of veteran empowerment into engaging content that inspires service members, veterans, and their spouses to launch their project management careers.

As a pro bono professional, you will practice Corporate Social Responsibility by leveraging your marketing expertise to bridge the gap between military service and civilian professional success.

Your Creative Impact

You will dedicate 3–5 hours per week to elevating our digital presence:

• Strategic Content Development: Create compelling blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters that promote VPMMA’s workshops and mentorship programs.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all digital assets align with VPMMA's branding and messaging to maintain a professional and consistent organizational identity.
• Community Engagement: Curate content for social media channels, interact with our followers, and foster a supportive online community for "Alliance Heroes".
• Collaborative Innovation: Attend weekly marketing team meetings to align content strategies with the organization's high-level growth goals.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain up-to-date processes in our knowledge base and provide regular updates to leadership on content performance and impact.
