Shuttle Drivers (Weekly and On-Call)

Gift of Life Howie's House serves as a "home away from home" for transplant patients and families receiving transplant-related care in the Philadelphia area. While our guests stay with us, they frequently travel to one of the seven area hospitals for appointments or to visit their loved ones. As a shuttle driver, we ask that you transport our guests between Howie's House and our servicing hospitals.

2 shifts available: AM (7am-11am EST) or PM (3pm-5:30/6:00pm EST)

• We have openings for AM shuttle drivers on Sundays: 7:00am to 11:00am EST
• We have openings for PM shuttle drivers on Wednesday, Saturdays, and Sundays: 3:00pm to 5:30/6:00pm EST
• On Call: Any day of the week for AM and/or PM shifts.
  • Being On Call means we’ll reach out to you based on the availability you share whenever one of our regular drivers is unable to cover their shift. If you’re not able to help on a particular day, no worries at all—there’s absolutely no pressure or penalty!
