Pacific Community Ventures (PCV) is looking for experienced professionals who want to volunteer their time and support a small business owner in a focused, one-on-one advising relationship. If you have several years of professional experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different communication styles, this role is a strong fit. You will be matched with an entrepreneur whose needs align with your background and meet virtually on a schedule that works for both of you.

We are especially interested in individuals who are excited about supporting businesses operating in or transitioning into the climate economy, including those focused on climate resilience, energy efficiency, and sustainable practices. You do not need direct experience in the green sector. We value advisors who are open to working outside of their primary industry and recognize that business skills are highly transferable.
