Training & Certification Manager

Role Type: Volunteer or Stipend

Location: Remote (6–10 hrs/week)

About the Role

HHP is developing a global training ecosystem for Peer Guides, CHWs, and program facilitators.

We need a Training & Certification Manager to build and oversee this growing function.

• Develop training curricula and materials
• Manage certification pathways and assessments
• Support training delivery across multiple programs
• Build scalable, reproducible training systems
• Coordinate with Programs, Tech, and Implementation Leads
