Volunteer Coordinator

DYKB, Inc. is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to help manage and maintain the volunteer roster and VolunteerMatch account. The volunteer coordinator will know all volunteer opportunities for local and global DYKB programs.

As the primary contact, the Volunteer Coordinator will follow and complete the volunteer intake process by responding to VolunteerMatch inquiries, scheduling and conducting volunteer interviews, and ensuring all paperwork is complete and updated. The Volunteer Coordinator will also ensure all volunteer service logs are accurate, complete, and ready for signature approval. The Volunteer Coordinator will report to both the DYKB President and Program Director consistently on a weekly basis to provide updates on volunteer status.

The Volunteer Service Coordinator is detail-oriented and organized, possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is proficient in computer skills.
