Non-Profit Event Planning Volunteer – NYC Rooftop Fundraiser at 230 Fifth Rooftop

We are seeking passionate, organized volunteers to join our event planning team for a high-impact fundraising event hosted at the iconic 230 Fifth Rooftop in New York City. As part of this committee, you’ll collaborate with NYC-based and nationwide sponsors, partners, and change-makers to create an unforgettable experience that drives forward our mission to support medically vulnerable children.

Volunteers will attend monthly planning meetings with regular communication between sessions. This role offers dedicated mentorship, hands-on experience in nonprofit event production, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Reaching out to companies to secure sponsorships, raffles, and in-kind donations
• Assisting with talent outreach and coordination
• Engaging on social media to help build momentum and drive ticket sales
• Supporting merchandise design and creative branding efforts
• Contributing ideas, planning support, and logistical assistance leading up to and during the event

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven event that creates real community impact. Experience in event planning is preferred but not required.
