The initiative targets children aged 5-18, with special focus on low-income and underserved communities.

    • Monitor and evaluate program impact, reviewing performance reports on library usage, student participation, learning outcomes, and volunteer effectiveness to guide decision-making and program improvement.
    • Support the recruitment, training, and evaluation of volunteers and tutors, ensuring that they are well-prepared to provide mentorship, academic support, and positive engagement with learners.
    • Approve and oversee human resource policies, ensuring fair treatment, professional development, and motivation of both paid staff and volunteers.

    • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to child safety, data privacy, funding sustainability, and operational efficiency.
    • Support community engagement initiatives by participating in outreach events, book drives, reading campaigns, and mentorship sessions to promote inclusivity and community ownership of the project.
