We serve all over the Phoenix Valley from Surprise to Apache Junction. Faith Hospice brings hope, support and comfort care to those approaching the end of life.

Hi:
We are excited for you to take the next step with us. We will need to do a background check, TB test, and have a CPR certification. We also train all of our volunteers so you will feel prepared when you meet with patients.
