Volunteer Grant Writing & Development Lead

Culture Lime is looking for a Volunteer Grant Writing & Development Lead to help us build the systems, storytelling, and funding strategies that support long-term community impact.

This role is for someone who understands that grants are opportunities to communicate vision, demonstrate impact, and help meaningful community work grow sustainably.

We are looking for someone who can help us not only write grants, but also help build a stronger development process and infrastructure as we continue growing as an organization.

What you will do

You will help:

• research grant opportunities aligned with Culture Lime’s mission
• support grant writing and proposal development
• help organize timelines, materials, and submission processes
• collaborate with leadership to gather stories, impact metrics, and program information
• assist in building systems and workflows for grant tracking and development
• help create a stronger long-term fundraising and development process
• contribute ideas around sustainability, funding strategy, and organizational growth

You will work closely with the team to help transform ideas, programs, and community impact into compelling funding narratives.

Experience in grant writing, nonprofit development, fundraising, project management, operations, communications, or organizational strategy is helpful.
