Volunteer Manager — Army Pink

Army Pink is looking for Volunteer Managers to help build and coordinate our growing volunteer team.

As our organization continues to grow, we need organized, people-focused volunteers who can help us create a strong and welcoming volunteer experience while keeping our volunteer operations organized.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in volunteer management, HR, recruiting, operations, administration, or team coordination who enjoys working with people and helping organizations run smoothly.

What You’ll Help With

• Help manage and maintain Army Pink’s volunteer directory
• Review incoming volunteer applications and resumes
• Help identify volunteers who may be a strong fit for current opportunities
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with prospective volunteers
• Potentially conduct volunteer interviews
• Help with volunteer onboarding and orientation
• Coordinate volunteer placement with appropriate teams and roles
• Keep volunteer information and records organized
• Help track volunteer availability, skills, interests, and assignments
• Communicate with volunteers throughout the onboarding process
• Help coordinate volunteer agreements, forms, and other onboarding requirements
• Work with team leaders to identify volunteer needs
• Help ensure volunteers are connected with the right team and know where to go for support
• Help create a consistent and positive volunteer experience
• Assist with general volunteer operations as Army Pink continues to grow
