Administrative Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking 3 Administrative Coordinators to ensure an office runs smoothly by managing a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication, reporting, and record-keeping. This role acts as a central point of contact, liaising between departments, clients, and vendors, and requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performs New Volunteer Orientation.
• Assigns credentials and access to new Volunteers.
• Maintains the headcount report and recruitment reports.
• Provides coordinator support to the Recruiting team.
• Maintain files for organization materials; provides information to members at the direction of the Director of Admins and People
