Be a Virtual Pet Detective - Help Reunite Lost Pets from the Comfort of Your Home!

Best Friends Animal Society is on a mission to end the killing of cats and dogs in America's shelters, and we're looking for remote volunteers to help reunite lost pets with their families through online sleuthing! Every successful match keeps an animal out of the shelter and helps us move closer to our goal of achieving no-kill nationwide.

As a Virtual Pet Reunification Investigator, you'll be assigned a shelter and the surrounding community. Using your sleuthing skills, you’ll review the shelter’s page for lost pets and search social media for a match! You’ll also encourage anyone with a lost or found pet to use PetcoLoveLost.org to increase visibility.

Only 1-2 hours per week of your detective work could be the reason a pet makes it home.
