Adult Day Care - Looking for volunteers with a passion for caring for the elderly

Wilton Manors Adult Day Care Center offers daily care for the frail elderly. We provide respite to caregivers burdened with the responsibilities of caring for an elderly family member. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided daily and help serving meals is much appreciated.

Many of the seniors in our care suffer from the early to mid-stages of Alzheimer's and related dementia conditions. We provide a full calendar of activities to encourage participation in brain games, exercise, music, reminiscing, and arts & crafts.

If you are passionate about caring for older adults, then this is the perfect place to volunteer. Do you have any talent you would like to share with our seniors? They love music, arts & crafts, and magic shows. They are most happy when they have someone to talk to and share in the daily activities at our center.

We have a licensed nurse on site daily, but if you are an LPN we welcome the extra help!
