Role Overview
Lead our LinkedIn strategy to increase visibility, engage our community, and drive meaningful traffic to our fundraising campaigns. This is your chance to make a real difference from anywhere in Europe!
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar; publish 3–5 engaging posts per week including updates, stories, and short videos.
- Manage our LinkedIn community by responding to comments and messages and connecting with partners and universities.
- Track essential KPIs such as follower growth, impressions, engagement rates, and clicks to campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the fundraising team and join a weekly 30–45 minute check-in.
- Prepare a concise monthly report highlighting metrics and key achievements.
You Are a Good Fit If You
- Communicate clearly in English (Spanish or French is a plus).
- Have experience or a strong passion for social media and nonprofit storytelling.
- Are organized, proactive, and confident working remotely.

Volunteers will apply directly through Idealist. No external email or link is needed. Remote role; Europe preferred.
Data privacy: Contact details are used only for onboarding and urgent coordination.
Time commitment: 6-12 hours per week, minimum 8–12 weeks, 30–45 min weekly check-in on Zoom/WhatsApp.
Safeguarding: References and basic background check may be requested. We follow child-protection and conduct policies.
