Lead an Exercise Class for Seniors in Pittsburg (Columbia Park Manor)

Do you enjoy exercising and teaching others to live healthier lives? Volunteer to lead an exercise class for residents in Pittsburg! Class day and time flexible based on your availability (Prefered days and times: 1 hour weeky or biweekly, Wednesdays or Thursdays between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm)

The volunteer will prepare an agenda for each class and lead residents through various seated exercises while providing positive feedback and support. If you're looking to make a difference in your community, this is a wonderful opportunity to gain teaching experience with students who are eager to learn.

Requirements: Ongoing SAHA Community Volunteers must commit to volunteer once a week for a minimum of 4 months, and must complete a volunteer orientation, volunteer forms and background screening prior to beginning their placement.
